Bill Lucks, Broker, ABR, GRI has been in the Real Estate business for 27 years. His reputation in commercial sales eventually earned him the name Mr. Commercial, which has followed him for years. He holds positions with the State Board of Realtors and the Sussex County Board of Realtors, is MLS instructor, Chairman of Public Policy Committee, on the Building committee, State treasurer, and more to come. He was Realtor of the Year for Sussex County in 2006. He makes his home in Lewes and was raised in Dover, DE.

Dean Donovan has been a Realtor for 7 years and specialized in land acquisitions. His past work experience involved retail management, multi-store management, corporate trainer, and regional director. He has written several sales manuals and was certified as a trainer through TMI in San Diego. He lived in the Virginia/DC area for years, a short time in Southern California and Boston, and returned to Delaware in 1999. She has lived, studied and worked for many years in the United States, Australia, and Europe.
Her work experience includes three years of Project Management with UNIDO (United Nations Industrial Development Organization) in Vienna, Austria and a Tenured Teaching Position with the Ryde College of TAFE in Sydney, Australia. She has been living in Delaware for the last nine years and currently owns and manages a custom log home construction company, with her husband, Richard, in Dover.
Rosemary graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in English & Journalism and obtained a Master of Adult Education in Sydney, Australia. Rosemary is a native of Milford, Delaware and now resides in Dover, Delaware.
